  1. I'm intersted in Tim Burton and his creativity for years and I have been started watch his movies and short films after watching Beetlejuice cartoon interpretation. I like it so much his unique creativity because despite of funny-scary, dirty styling there are a lot of the other side about truth, beahaviour and rights.
Of course in many his films the dark side of figures pay for evil and punished. I mark out his production just level like Stanley Kubrick's, Ingmar Bergman, Aronofsky or David Lynch for unquotable.
I haven't favourity Tim Burton's creation I might willing to "Frankenweenie".

  11. I know Tim Burton very well and I like to watch his movies. I appreciate his way of presenting his own world, where everything looks like in a distorting mirror. His movies are very specific and I am big fan of his creativity. Sometimes it is enough to watch a few seconds of the movie to ascertain that this movie was directed by Tim Burton. I have watched a lot of his movies but the one I like most is Alice in Wonderland.

  13. Yes, I know the work of Tim Burton. He is my master and I like his work very much. He is one of the most original directors of modern cinematography. I love his unique, surreal sense of humor. "Beetlejuice," "Corpse Bride," "Edward Scissorhands," "Sleepy Hollow," "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and many others - each of his movies has a wonderful, unique atmosphere.Director includes in them a part of himself. "Corpse Bride" knocks on knees with realisation, "Nightmare Before Christmas" has a great script, music and characters, "Edward Scissorhands" is a very touching and beautiful story, buy my favorite is the new version of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." It is the unique mix of great acting, music, costumes and special effects.

  17. 1./2. I do know him. Maybe he’s not my favorite director, however still his productions found a place in my memory.

I think that in order to do something remarkable you need to be crazy a little bit. You need to have completely different perception of reality than other people. That is the thing which is going to make your point of view interesting. And I believe that you can feel that in Burton’s movies. Jack Nicholson as a Joker in Barman, character of Edward Scissorhands or the whole vision of Alice in the wonderland… You have to admit that there’s something strange about it. Other people would chose different path than Barton. And that’s what makes him so special – being quirk a little bit.

    3. 1989 Batman. I love the whole series in general. Both old and new adaptations. However ’89 is number one on my list! :)
