For me it was an easy choice and my vote goes to Sebastian Sieraszewski for his presentation about Ponglish (http://konwersatorium3.blogspot.com/2015/03/ponglish-or-how-polish-language-brejka.html).
The fact is that in my opinion it's not only because his presentation was simply the best (it would be really, really hard for me to pick 2nd place and not because there were many candidates), but I also enjoyed reading his comments and opinions on other topics (sometimes I had a feeling that some didn’t read the presentation at all besides the topic). I liked the style of the article, language, topic itself, formatting was really nice as well and it would challenging for me to point another one, which were at least close to his.
I hope that next term he will surprise us with another great topic, but someone will give him a run for his money as well.
I vote for Tomasz for his "My hobby – part II" presentation.
I'm also a fan of snowboarding so that is one of the reason of my choice. Length of the presentation was excellent for me (I was able to read this during my coffee break) and also topic wasn't difficult. Nice English expressions and great moderate (Tomek's answers were very quickly, people didn't have to wait days for his replays)
I have already explored all articles in this semester and I have to say that there is one which put a smile in my face… Maybe it happened because today is Friday but my vote goes to Week 2 (23-29.03.2015) Beer. Congrats
I have checked all the presentations one more time and my vote goes to Week 6 (1-7.06.2015) - Self-Organized vs. All Inclusive Holiday Packages.
Maybe it isn’t the best presentation in all aspects but the topic is really up-to-date for me. I am right now planning my vacation which will be after my graduation so just thinking about the fact, that it is really close makes me happy (obviously if my promoter approves my master's thesis ;)). Additionally the presenter was interested in my comment and was willing to help in organizing the trip. @John Dabrowski – good work!
I was most impressed by the presentation "Week 7 (15-21.06.2015) SUMO”. I still can not belive that those people eat 20k during the day. As for me, this is incredible.
So if I can't vote for mu own presentation which I think was the most interesting and generally the best of the best... ;) My choice is "Week 7 (15-21.06.2015) How to: Improve sound quality!" because I'm a music lover and I was always wondering how to improve sound and music quality. This presentation made me think different about improvements - I've never heard about DAC and I began to inquire about solutions that will make listening to my favorite music more enjoyable.
Jakub M and his "How are your thetans?". It was a well written and interesting article. Also, Jakub has put a lot of thought into his comments throughout the semester.
I vote on presentation Polyphasic Sleep. I found a subject very interesting, and i'd like to try a few of sleep cycles in my live :) I hope I'll find the best solution for myself
I would like to vote for: Week 3 (13-19.04.2015) Fun facts about films. I just like good movies :). The author has presented some interesting facts, article was complete.

My vote goes to week 4 presentation, "How are your thetans?"
ReplyDeleteI choose this presentation as it was by far the subject I knew the least about and it was very informative and well written.

Imo: PONGLISH OR HOW POLISH LANGUAGE BREJKA WSZYSTKIE RULE.
ReplyDeleteI'll go for Self-Organized vs. All Inclusive Holiday Packages! It was very usefull for me, thank you John!
ReplyDeleteThe best presentation for me was about "self organisation", because I'm kinda not well organised person and it helped me a little bit!

ReplyDeleteWeek 7 (15-21.06.2015) How to: Improve sound quality!
ReplyDeleteThat was the easiest choice for me. Hands down the best content included and a good tutorial on entering audio enthusiast best practice territory.
My votes goes to "Week 2 (23-29.03.2015) Beards". Maybe because I have a beard...
ReplyDeleteJakub M and his "How are your thetans?". It was a well written and interesting article. Also, Jakub has put a lot of thought into his comments throughout the semester.
ReplyDeleteI think Sumo was the most interesting because it reminded me my younger days with parents and watching Eurosport at night :D

My vote goes to Fun facts about films from week 3. Why? Because I didn't knew about those facts and it was about my favourite films.
